Copies. Upload file or documents from your device and submit for copies. Pick up documents at our store, or specify if they need to be faxed or mailed and we will do that for you too. An invoice maybe be emailed to you for payment online or pay in store when your documents are picked up.

$10.00 per month, minimum 3-month rental agreement required. Receive an alert by email or text when mail or packages arrive for you. Fill out and submit application online or visit our store.

Mobile notary by appointment only.
All fees for travel and fees for each signiture requiring notary are in accordance with NRS 240.100 and are payable in advance. Closing documents, or loan signings are normally performed by appointment only unless signers are willing to travel to the store during normal business hours. If you are an attorney, title company, notary signing company, etc.. and have a closing that needs to be performed please email stacy@sbcsmallbusiness.com with your contact information.

Electronic notaries are required to be performed on a secure website of a State approved service provider of the notary public's choosing. ENotaries are performed on the Signix platform. Do not upload your documents to this website for notary. Each signer is required to have access to internet service, and a device with webcam and audio capabilities. Please make sure you have access to these items before booking an appointment. Notary fees are non-refundable and payable in advance.

An expereinced notary public is available for walk-ins during our normal business hours:
M-F 8am to 6pm and Sat 9am-2pm. All notary fees are in accordance with NRS 240.100. Please bring valid photo ID and/or credible witness(es) with you. Signers with documents with notarial wording that is swearing or attesting to a fact MUST be signed in front of a notary.
